Oh dear. Me? Really? Well fine, if you’re sure you’re interested: I’m Emily Uecker, typical older sister, yet-to-be-published author, and champion procrastinator. My main methods for avoiding working on my novel include reading, binge-watching Netflix, and yoga. I’m also a fair-weather runner who tries to eat healthy, but let’s face it, potatoes are the food of the Gods. So is bread. And wine.
Clearly, I’m a fan of lists.
You can find some of my work in McSweeney’s.
Facts about Emily Uecker:
I’m rubbish at Twitter.
Yosemite is one of my favorite places in the world.
If I ever say no to watching Buffy, Veronica Mars, or The West Wing, call a doctor.
The Witch of Blackbird Pond is my comfort book.
I will never, ever be as cool as my little sister.
